Avante Insurance’s Gaby Dominguez is serving a 1 year term on Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies Board of Counselors
The Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA) Board of Counselors is made up of previous presidents who come back for a 1 year term to help provide guidance, support and direction for the coming year. Gaby was installed as a Board of Counselors Representative during the 44th LAAIA Annual Convention held at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood Florida from July 20th-August 2nd, 2014. She served as president of LAAIA from 2007-2008 and is so excited to be able to join the LAAIA team again.
LAAIA was founded in 1969 as a voice for independent insurance agents and today, they are a strong network comprised of members of various backgrounds and different roles in the industry, including agents, insurance firms and other companies who work together to ensure and safeguard a healthy insurance environment. LAAIA is an association of insurance professionals whose purpose is to protect the rights of its members for the benefit of the consumer through education, information, networking and active participation in the political environment and community service.
